Terms and Conditions
1. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
3. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand only, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their agencies associated with this promotion.
4. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, incorrect, incomplete or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any such entry.
5. The promotion commences on Monday 17th January 2011 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 27th February 2011. The winner will be chosen by random selection. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner by email and phone within 2 working days of the promotion being drawn, however in the event that the prize remains unclaimed 5 days after the prize is drawn, the prize will be forfeited and the promotion will not be redrawn.
6. Entrants must provide their email address, first name, last name, age and contact phone number at www.bendonman.com or www.bendonman.co.nz to enter the promotion. The prize consists of three (3) pairs of Bendon Man briefs in the winner’s nominated size. The prize will be sent by national courier to the winner at the address provided by the winner.
7. The Promoter will contact the winner to request their brief size.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process.
9. The promotion will be drawn at 10am on Monday 28th February 2011 at the offices of Bendon Limited, 8 Airpark Drive, Airport Oaks, Auckland, New Zealand.
10. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/guardian on their behalf.
11. The total prize pool is valued at up to NZ$60.00.
12. The prize is not transferable for alternative product and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. By entering the promotion, the prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright of any such images and photograph/s.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
16. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt or incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or computer network or lines, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communications or of any materials in this promotion.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion you are agreeing to the Promoter contacting you with updates and promotional offers. You can request access to and correction of information by emailing info@bendon.com.
